Terms & Conditions

All booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via phone, email, or messenger from DZM Skydive MoldAVIA.

No payment or deposit is required at the time of online booking. Payment is made on the day of the jump, at the dropzone. Arrangements will be confirmed upon booking.

• Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with written parental or guardian consent).
• Maximum weight: 100 kg for tandem jumps, due to equipment limitations.
• Participants must be in good general health. Conditions including but not limited to heart disease, epilepsy, serious spinal injuries, or recent surgery may disqualify participation. When in doubt, consult your physician before booking.
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance on the day of the jump. DZM Skydive MoldAVIA reserves the right to refuse participation if this condition is not met, without refund.

Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity. DZM Skydive MoldAVIA reserves the right to postpone or cancel jumps at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, aircraft technical issues, or any other safety-related reason, at the sole discretion of the operations team.

• Cancellation by us (weather or safety): You will be contacted to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellation by client — 48 or more hours notice: Full rescheduling, no charge.
• Cancellation by client — less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
• No-show without prior notice: Treated as a late cancellation; fee may apply.

This section constitutes a binding liability waiver and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Photo and video packages are available as optional add-ons. Media captured during your jump may be used by DZM Skydive MoldAVIA for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the day of your jump.

DZM Skydive MoldAVIA SRL processes personal data in accordance with Moldovan Law No. 195 of 2024 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force in 2026 and repealed the earlier Law No. 133/2011, and, where applicable, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

When you submit a booking request, we collect the following information you provide directly:

• Full name and contact details (phone, email)
• Preferred jump date and number of participants
• Selected service and any add-ons
• Booking type (personal, gift, group) and optional notes

We do not collect payment card details. We do not collect any health or medical information through this website, by design — the booking form does not have a field for it, and our system has no database field capable of storing it either. Medical questions (fitness to jump, weight limits, prior injuries) are discussed with you by phone before your jump, and the safety declaration is signed on paper at the airfield on the day of your jump. Please do not include health details in the optional notes field of any booking form — that field is free text intended for logistics requests only (e.g. group size, accessibility needs).

We process your data on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a pre-contractual arrangement — to process and respond to your booking request.
• Legitimate interests — to send operational communications and maintain safety records.
• Legal obligation — to retain participant records as required by Moldovan law.
• Consent — for optional media use and non-essential browser storage (where applicable).

• To confirm and manage your booking
• To contact you regarding your jump date, changes, or safety information
• To maintain participant records for safety and legal purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your booking data is stored in our own database, on our own server, in Moldova — not on any third-party platform. Two third-party services are still involved in handling your booking:

• iphost.md — Republic of Moldova.
  This website, and the database that stores your booking, is hosted in Moldova. The hosting provider may maintain standard server access logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) and database backups in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Telegram Messenger — operational notification service.
  When you submit a booking, our team receives a Telegram notification containing only the booking type, date, and an internal reference number — no personal data (your name, phone, or email) is included in this notification. Data is not otherwise stored in Telegram beyond standard message retention. Full details: telegram.org/privacy.

We do not load fonts, maps, or any other resource from Google, or from any other third party, on any page of this website — everything needed to display the site is served from our own server. The only exception is a link to Google Maps for directions to our airfield, shown on the homepage; following that link is entirely your own choice and, from that point on, is subject to Google's own privacy policy, not ours.

We do not use Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, or any similar third-party spreadsheet or automation tool to store or process your booking.

Booking data is accessible only to authorised members of the DZM Skydive MoldAVIA team through a password-protected internal panel, protected additionally by two-factor authentication, over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No external parties have access to raw booking records.

This website uses minimal browser storage for functional purposes only:

• Language preference — saves your chosen language (English, Romanian, or Russian) so it is remembered on return visits. Contains no personal data.
• Cookie consent record — stores your response to the cookie banner. Contains no personal data.
• Booking session data — temporarily holds your selected package while you complete the booking form. This is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab and is never sent to any server independently.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or profiling tools.

Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google or any other third party — see section 6.5 for the one exception (the Google Maps link, used only if you click it).

Personal details in your booking record (name, phone, email, and any notes) are automatically anonymised 12 months after your jump date. After this point, the record still shows the type of jump, the date, and the amount — for our own accounting and statistics — but no longer identifies who you were. This anonymisation runs automatically, without anyone needing to request it.

Records of login attempts to our internal panel are kept for 30 days for security purposes, then deleted. If you contact us by email, that correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your enquiry.

Under Moldovan Law No. 195/2024 and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aeroskydive@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP) at www.datepersonale.md.

All data transmitted through this website is encrypted via HTTPS. No payment information is stored. Access to booking data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
