1. Booking & Reservations

All booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation via phone, email, or messenger from DZM Skydive MoldAVIA.

No payment or deposit is required at the time of online booking. Payment is made on the day of the jump, at the dropzone. Arrangements will be confirmed upon booking.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with written parental or guardian consent).
• Maximum weight: 100 kg for tandem jumps, due to equipment limitations.
• Participants must be in good general health. Conditions including but not limited to heart disease, epilepsy, serious spinal injuries, or recent surgery may disqualify participation. When in doubt, consult your physician before booking.
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance on the day of the jump. DZM Skydive MoldAVIA reserves the right to refuse participation if this condition is not met, without refund.

3. Weather & Cancellation Policy

Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity. DZM Skydive MoldAVIA reserves the right to postpone or cancel jumps at any time due to unsafe weather conditions, aircraft technical issues, or any other safety-related reason, at the sole discretion of the operations team.

• Cancellation by us (weather or safety): You will be contacted to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellation by client — 48 or more hours notice: Full rescheduling, no charge.
• Cancellation by client — less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
• No-show without prior notice: Treated as a late cancellation; fee may apply.

4. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

This section constitutes a binding liability waiver and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

4.1 Inherent Risks. Skydiving is an extreme sport that involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to: equipment malfunction, collision, loss of consciousness, serious bodily injury, and death. These risks exist even when all safety procedures are followed correctly.

4.2 Voluntary Participation. You confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary and that you are fully aware of the risks described above. You assume all risks associated with skydiving activity, whether or not described in these Terms.

4.3 Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, you release, discharge, and hold harmless DZM Skydive MoldAVIA SRL, its directors, instructors, staff, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with your participation in skydiving activities, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of DZM Skydive MoldAVIA.

4.4 On-Day Waiver. A physical liability waiver must be signed by the participant on the day of the jump, before any activity begins. Refusal to sign will result in cancellation of participation without refund.

4.5 Minors. Participants aged 16–17 require a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian on the day of the jump.

5. Media & Photography

Photo and video packages are available as optional add-ons. Media captured during your jump may be used by DZM Skydive MoldAVIA for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the day of your jump.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

DZM Skydive MoldAVIA SRL processes personal data in accordance with Moldovan Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

6.2 What Personal Data We Collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect the following information you provide directly:

• Full name and contact details (phone, email)
• Preferred jump date and number of participants
• Selected service and any add-ons
• Booking type (personal, gift, group) and optional notes

We do not collect payment card details. No biometric or sensitive data is collected through this website.

6.3 Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a pre-contractual arrangement — to process and respond to your booking request.
• Legitimate interests — to send operational communications and maintain safety records.
• Legal obligation — to retain participant records as required by Moldovan law.
• Consent — for optional media use and non-essential browser storage (where applicable).

6.4 How We Use Your Data

• To confirm and manage your booking
• To contact you regarding your jump date, changes, or safety information
• To maintain participant records for safety and legal purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.5 Third-Party Services & Data Transfers

Your booking data is processed by the following third-party services for operational purposes. By submitting a booking, you acknowledge these transfers.

• Google LLC (Google Sheets & Google Apps Script) — servers located in the United States and EEA.
  Booking submissions are stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet via an automated Google Apps Script. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Full details: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Telegram Messenger — operational notification service.
  Booking details are forwarded to our team via Telegram for confirmation and scheduling purposes only. Data is not stored in Telegram beyond standard message retention. Full details: telegram.org/privacy.
• iphost.md — Republic of Moldova.
  This website is hosted in Moldova. The hosting provider may maintain standard server access logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) in accordance with their own privacy policy.

6.6 Internal Access

Booking data is accessible only to authorised members of the DZM Skydive MoldAVIA team through a password-protected internal panel over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No external parties have access to raw booking records.

6.7 Cookies & Browser Storage

This website uses minimal browser storage for functional purposes only:

• Language preference — saves your chosen language (English, Romanian, or Russian) so it is remembered on return visits. Contains no personal data.
• Cookie consent record — stores your response to the cookie banner. Contains no personal data.
• Booking session data — temporarily holds your selected package while you complete the booking form. This is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab and is never sent to any server independently.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or profiling tools.

6.8 Data Retention

Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the jump (or from the date of the booking request, if the jump did not take place), for safety and liability purposes consistent with civil limitation periods under Moldovan law. After this period, personal data is securely deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.

6.9 Your Rights

Under Moldovan Law No. 133/2011 and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aeroskydive@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP) at www.datepersonale.md.

6.10 Security

All data transmitted through this website is encrypted via HTTPS. No payment information is stored. Access to booking data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
